Repairs and Warranty
For Clarity warranty customers you will be covered for part(s) for one year and labour for two years. We will also cover the cost for any faulty or damaged goods delivered for the first 30 days upon signed delivery of goods.
We also offer remote and telephone service for any software related faults you may experience from the 20th of January 2012 our services will be available over the weekend 09:00 - 17:00: 7 days a week.
Rest assured we value our customers.
We are also offering customers from PC Geek and non customers a service only within the London area.
If you ever find yourslef in a predicament be it for installation or even faulty PC we are available 7 days a week on call.
On-call hours are:
Monday to Friday 10:00 - 20:00
Saturday and Sunday 12:00 - 20:00
